This trip Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very enriching experience, of which was expertly led by the guides Francesco and Lucina respectively. Francesco met us at the meeting point in Krakow and was very organised and helpful. Lucina was the guide at Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Her knowledge was superb and she explained in so much details the horrors that took place here. I highly recommend taking the excursion here if you visit Krakow- it is a truly humbling experience. This tour enabled us to see everything we wished and learn so much. Thank you!

Auschwitz and Birkenau: easy place to meet for the mini coach in Krakow Centre where an English speaking guide (Floriano) met us with confidence and gave us a language sticker to identify us. All the way to Audchwitz, he pointed out historical landscapes and gave a new insight into why they were there! He was very timely and organised, polite and handed us over to the official guides at the venues. Most certainly the best organised trip in Poland I've been on!

Its was perfect from the side of the Get your guide booking. its really worth it for a 24 euro if you conoare to other tours which is 50 euros. but when it comes to the guide in auschwitz i could say No. the English tour guide that we had in Auschwitz is not really understandable. Sorry but she memorized the story thats why when she forgot something she eat her words. so it really help someone if he or she already watched or know already some parts of the Auschwitz history so that when you put to a tour guide that you dont understand its okay. Sorry that it my opinion just need to be honest.
