Brilliant afternoon in the local neighbourhoods of Tokyo.

Andy is a genuine and passionate guide who runs an established small business in the neighbourhoods of Nakano and Koenji in Tokyo! I got to try some delicious snacks and explore areas I'm not sure I would've seen without him. It was great hearing a local's perspective and learning about life while walking the streets. Andy was very knowledgeable and gave our small group a great insight into local Tokyo life and his experiences living in the city. I found so many great little gems both during and after our tour and Andy followed up with some awesome suggestions for the remainder of my trip! Highly recommend booking a tour with Andy if you'd like to see a different side of Tokyo!

Andy takes you through his local neighborhoods and gives you some insight into the area and everyday Japanese life and culture. The food we sampled was delicious with some local delicacies like dango (mochi) and the best inari I have ever tried. I really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone who wants to see more than just the tourist side of Tokyo and also try some local food.

Andy was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and able to gauge his audience perfectly. Just enough info about the food and areas to keep you curious and make you want to come back and explore for yourself. Definitely recommend this - good for kids too (my two boys - 11 and 9 - loved it).

Andy was a great guide, knowledgeable, understood what the group wanted, took us to some great places and got us to try some of the local food (which was great). Had a fun trip and learnt a lot - recommended

Great tour with Andy giving us a real taste of Tokyo. Showing us around nice shops and the small places for the best food you whould otherwise never ever have discovered. A must do!
