We were disappointed that we were not told before we reserved that the glass factory would be closed with no workers.

Informative, well prepared trip

We had an excellent and knowledgeable guide who shared the history of the Czech Republic, Prague, and Karlovy Vary with us. The bus was comfortable and had working wifi throughout the trip. The stop at Moser Glass Factory was fascinating. And the time in karlovy vary felt long enough to appreciate the beauty and too short to appreciate all this historical corner has to offer.

Judy was amazing!

Pickup was prompt. Our tour guide, Judy, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew everything about everything we saw! The Moser glass factory was very interesting, and the town of Karlovy Vary is beautiful. Highly recommended.

a nice way to spend a nice day. Don't expect any miracles as it is primarily a health resort for the rich, but it has a nice atmosphere, a lot of interesting architecture and some great hiking trails on the forest hills.

The city is very beautiful.

The food could be improved. The very involved guide spoke Spanish but was not Spanish, so the vocabulary is not so wide as to explain the visit in detail. This visit would be ideal with a Spanish guide.

It was a quite good trip and we loved the countryside.

We were disappointed that we were not told before we reserved that the glass factory would be closed with no workers.
