Edwin was an excellent guide to talk me through the education portion of the giraffe center! There are plenty of interns around to answer questions, help you feed the giraffes, take your pictures if desired. The Karen house was an unexpected treat! So much history and influence to go over in about an hour-long tour. They have artists set up as well with some beautiful local art pieces for you to peruse and purchase if you want. Overall, highly recommend this for a quick ~3 hour activity if you’re in the area!

Everything was very well organized, even though I booked the trip at 3 a.m. They called me at 5:30 a.m. to inform me about the pick-up. The trip included everything that was promised. I particularly liked how important customer satisfaction is to this agency. I was both written to and called and asked if I was satisfied with the trip. I liked that I could also pay in euros and that they didn't forget to give me change. I can definitely recommend the trip!Thank you

amazing trip, we saw soooo much animals, even the lion, very beautiful nature and really nice and helpful guide Watson.

Everything was fine. Even the guide did his best to make himself understood in his elementary Spanish.

It was an incredible experience, our guide was very attentive and friendly at all times.
