An Unforgettable Culinary Experience in Kanazawa I recently had the incredible opportunity to take an authentic Japanese cooking class in Kanazawa, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The class was held in a beautifully designed studio that perfectly blended traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort, creating an inviting and inspiring atmosphere. The chef was not only an expert in Japanese cuisine but also one of the kindest and most patient instructors I’ve ever had. He took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that we not only learned the techniques but also understood the cultural significance behind the dishes we were preparing. His passion for Japanese cuisine was evident in every aspect of the class, from the meticulous selection of ingredients to the artful presentation of each dish. We prepared a variety of traditional dishes, each one more delicious than the last. The chef’s guidance made it easy to follow along, even for

Our tour guide, Saricho, was outstanding. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, always accommodating and making the tour truly special. We loved exploring the gardens, the Samurai and Geisha districts, and the gold leaf ice cream was a real treat. Saricho was highly engaging and answered all of our questions about the places we visited. We truly enjoyed everything with her.

The tour was great. Sachiko was full of enthusiasm and introduced the typical aspects of Knazawa. This meant I tried things that I would otherwise have passed by. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. I can only recommend it.

Hemi is a very good guide, friendly. He explains very well. We had a great time. He has a sense of humor. I recommend
