We took the evening 4 hour Safari Teton Tour. It is an impressive and well organized operation. All phone calls were answered and questions answer politely with accurate information. The recommendations were spot on for what we wanted and we got more than we knew would get. The vehicle was similar to a Sprinter van but it was not and was in great condition, snacks and drinks were provided. Plenty of opportunities to use a flushing toilet. Binoculars were provided for everybody and the tour guide used a scope where he used his cell phone as a big screen for easy viewing. 150 plus pictures and videos were air dropped or sent in a Google link at no charge ( this was not included in the tour just an extra from this particular your guide). There were 7 people in our van. There were two seats open. Luckily everyone was kind and easy to spend 4 hours with. Our tour guide was Kenny and had a fabulous voice and impressive commentary and very informative. We are happy with the tou

The tour was excellent and Cade was great. The biggest issues I had was from the administration end. No one ever called me back from Brush Back tours until two days before after I sent a message toGet Your Guide. I had paiThen I was told we had to drive to Teton Village even though My invoice said they would pick us up at the hotel. The day before the tour I received a text message saying they would be picking me up at the hotel. No explanation. I quickly called and they answered. Thank goodness. (I must have called them at least 5 times and left them messages and they never called me back). But this time they did answer. The only explanation was the other people on The tour had no way to get to Teton village so they would pick us up. I was told when I mentioned how they never called me back..that they were so busy and short handed. Not a real good explanation when you plunked down $278. Very very disappointed. Until Cade picked us up I was never sure it would happen. He was great

If you're in the area, don't miss this tour! Cade was our tour guide. He was soooo knowledgeable! In addition to his wildlife expertise, he shared a lot of information about the area. You can tell he loves his job, and he's VERY good at it!! We saw 3 bears, 2 female moose and one baby. It made the trip! In addition, there were bison and pronghorns. We didn't see any elk, but we heard one bugle. Water, snacks, blankets and binoculars were also provided, which was really nice! This was a great way to start our day. I'd do it again in a heartbeat!
