Princes' Islands Full Day Tour

This was a total shambles. It was supposed to be a small group tour. Max 10 persons. When we arrived at the boat there was nobody to greet us. After calling your office we were approached by Mustafa who introduced himself as the tour guide. I showed him the description of the tour on which basis we booked it. He mentioned that he would have about 100 persons on the boat. Also that lunch would be on the boat after our first stop. Lunch was supposed to be in a fish restaurant on the island. After another telephone call it was arranged that we could have lunch on the island. At the first stop there was a little walking tour where we all followed Mustafa and his Turkish flag. At the main Island some one brought us to the restaurant. Lunch was fine. The description of the tour included pictures of horse and carriage rides. This has not been allowed for a couple of years. We would never have booked this tour if the correct info had been given. The least you could do is provide a full refund!

I had requested a French guide and this was confirmed. But I didn't get it

It was neither the means of transport nor the guide that we had requested nor the trip booked, we found ourselves on a tour of other times, not followed by the guide, he seemed like a companion, they did not come to pick us up as agreed and did not bring us back at the hotel as an agreement, or rather abandoned at the port of Galata, disappointed, I don't know how it could have happened.
