A very cost efficient way to see the highlights of Istanbul! The WhatsApp messaging was very convenient, promptly responsive team with any questions we may have had There was a snag getting picked up from the airport but after that everything was smooth sailing
I used the epass for 5 out of 7 days of my visit to istanbul. the guides were very good and clear. love how you can just ask on the WhatsApp group and get a response quickly. some timings clash so need to spread out your visit checking time tables. I'd planned mines months in advance however a day before one of the scheduled activities was cancelled meaning it was no longer a tour and you could do it your self. this meant no pickup and did not include a skylift. What I was disappointed with. skipping the lines with the tours is so much easier and better if travelling with kids. the sapanca and bursa tours can be better planned to include more actual places of interest and less of the overpriced shops. the food on these tours were similar and standard. nothing special. the drivers are friendly and drop you back to hotels where it's stated. tip 1. plan in advance however check which activities can be done together tip 2. be ready to walk uphills ect. tip 3. comfy shoe tip 4. recheck
