What to Expect
Enjoy a culinary walk of Istanbul that takes you to both sides of the Bosporus, and provides the chance to sample some of the city’s unique dishes.
Meet your guide at the Karaköy Ferry Terminal on the European side of the city, and head to a breakfast spot founded in 1915. Here, you will experience a real Turkish breakfast to get you going!
Then, take the ferry across the Bosphorus to Asia. A less explored part of the city for tourists, it’s full of local delicacies. Walk through Kadıköy Market, stopping at 4-5 shops to try the best lokum (Turkish Delight), baklava and mezes. Discover a few other seasonal flavors along the way.
