Starting at Galtasaray High School, you will walk along Istiklal Street to visit some of the city’s leading art institutions. Continue through the narrow streets of Beyoğlu, before discovering the hidden galleries of Tophane and Karaköy.
End at the Museum of Modern Art. Founded in 2004, it was Turkey’s first private museum to organize modern and contemporary art exhibitions, and occupies a stunning 8,000-square-meter site on the shores of the Bosphorus.
