We will introduce you this prehistoric position which remained an active settlement until 1000 BC. A short drive from Phylakopi takes us to the famous Sarakiniko , the unique 'Lunar Landscape'. From there we will travel the road along the northern coast towards the picturesque Plaka and its cobbled streets and alleys. Discover Ios' coastline, spanning 87 km, 32 km of which are sandy beaches. Jump into a speedboat and visit the endless golden sands of Mylopotas with its deep blue see and many facilities to enjoy. Next, to Manganari, a beach with a spectacular sequence of five bays and crystal clear water. Here, you can relive scenes from the movie "The Big Blue", which was shot on this very beach. On the east of the island, you will find the beach of Kalamos where you will have the opportunity to snorkel in its clear and quiet waters. Then, head to Kalamos and the isolated beaches of Papas and Plakes. You will also see a lot of other beaches, like Kampaki, Plakotos, Petalidi, Neraki, Sapounochoma, Diamoudia, Klima, Pikri Nero and Tzamaria which offer many opportunities for trips and unique experiences. Also, near Ormos, you can reach the beach of Valmas and next to Chora, the beach of Kolitsani. End your trip with a relaxing dip in the sunset-tinted waters of Koumpara beach.

Depart Samos from the port of Pythagorion and relax on the 2.5-hour crossing to the island of Patmos, 32 miles to the south. Upon arrival, take a guided bus tour to the Cave of the Apocalypse, where John of Patmos is said to have received the visions he later recorded in the New Testament Book of Revelation. Continue to the village of Chora to explore the historic Monastery of Saint John the Theologian for 1 hour. Marvel at the fortress-like building, built by the soldier-priest John Christodoulos after the Byzantine Emperor Alexios I Komnenos gifted the island to him in the 11th century. See rare texts and ancient iconostasis in the museum and get a staggering view of the island from the monastery complex at the top of the hill. Return to the town of Skala, where you can find a nice spot for lunch and explore in your own time before the return crossing to Samos in the afternoon.

Transfer from your hotel or a stop located next to it to Paroikia. Our tour, with a French speaking escort, begins at 09:00am at Paroikia with the visit of the church Ekatontapyliani (Our Lady of the Hundred doors), a unique monument of the Byzantine art and architecture in the Cyclades. You will explore the picturesque streets of the old town. One Sight-to-see in Paroikia is the Frankish castle, built over an ancient temple of the goddess Athena. Departure to Naoussa. No one can believe that the marina of Naoussa was once a pirate’s den... Free time at the port of Naoussa. Then route to Lefkes, one of the most picturesque villages of Paros, built at the foot of the Mount of Prophet Elias. Visit of the former capital of the island is set in amphitheater-like way on the hillside offering a beautiful sight to visitors. The bus takes you to the port of Pounta, where we will take the ferry to Antiparos. We will stroll through the picturesque little town of Chora and visit the Venetian fortress (15th century) which is still inhabited. The lunch is included in a traditional tavern. Returning to Paros, the excursion continues with Alyki village, where Ms Katerina will open for you the doors of the museum "Scorpios", the work of Mr. Benetos Skiadas, a local seaman. The museum presents a collection of models of the most spectacular ships and in the museum’s garden you will see in miniatures, the most famous monuments of the Cyclades. Around 17:00 the tour ends, and you will be transferred back to your hotel, or a stop located next to it. Departures are confirmed when the tour meets minimum participation (15 persons).
