Edinburgh: 'Firth of Forth' Three Bridges Sightseeing Cruise

Edinburgh: 'Firth of Forth' Three Bridges Sightseeing Cruise

Your boat tour will depart from the South Queensferry, which is only a short distance from Scotland's bustling capital city of Edinburgh. Your tour will include magnificent views of the Three Bridges, including the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Forth Bridge. In addition, you can take in the beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline, the Kingdom of Fife and the historic island of Inchcolm with its medieval abbey. As part of the tour you will stop at Inchcolm Island to drop off and pick up visitors. Explore the island when you purchase a landing pass from the on board bar. Cruise along and discover the magic of the Forth Bridge, the Forth Road suspension bridge, and the longest three-tower, cable-stayed bridge in the world, Queensferry Crossing. For your comfort, relax onboard in the heated observation lounge or on the outside decks, and listen to the guided commentary while you enjoy a drink from the bar. During your tour, you will find plenty of opportunities to both see and photograph a wide variety of marine wildlife including seabirds, porpoises and seals.

The tour itself was amazing. The only thing I could say is the ticket info. We were told via the app that we needed to exchange our confirmation for tickets. This wasn’t necessary & I think there were more people that were unsure what to do before the boat arrived. Perhaps the info on the app should just be updated to tell you to wait for the boat where they just checked us in as we boarded. All simple. The only other thing we were unaware of was the optional stop at the island of Inchcolm which was worth every second. The lads on the boat were however mega friendly & helpful so it’s not a problem. Just an update on the app would help everyone to know what to expect.

The excursion was supposed to be in French but wasn't, too bad I didn't understand everything. We saw a seal but no puffins, but the passage under the bridges is worth all these inconveniences

Absolutely brilliant the way we were talked through the history of it all and the seals were pointed out to us to make sure we didn’t miss them

great cruise of the 3 bridges kindness of the staff we were lucky to see a porpoise very beautiful day

I recommend everyone to enter the island itself. A wonderful team
