The activity was fun but don't expect exploring the desert, you'll go in-line on a circuit. The bedouin village, it's not really their village but actually a settlement for tourists so it was kind of a scripted set up. The food was good. Our guide , Walid, did an amazing job together with the driver. There will be a photographer with you the whole day, don't recommend buying them- quality is just very low, despite all photographers calling them professionals you must understand that standars are different than you might expect (better take photos with your phone) . We expected something less but overall it was funny and I recommend it

It was amazing - not for the faint hearted though!! You start with a briefing on the quad bikes - if you don't have a decent scarf you can buy one there (I had one) but the goggles (eye protection) costs 40 Egyptian and you NEED them - do NOT wear nice clothes as you WILL get dirty - they explain the quad bikes then you have a "test drive" after this you can choose to go fast or slow group - the activity is about 45 minutes - after this you get to drive a dune buggy/sand car - it takes two people with one person driving out then you swap and other person drives back - then you visit the terrarium and after go by Jeep to the Bedouin village (about 45 hilarious minutes drive) - you experience Bedouin life, smoke shisha (if you want) drink tea, ride a camel and learn about/meet Bedouin - after you take a 45 min Jeep rude back to the base where you gave dinner (very nice) watch show and look through telescope - for me it was the best day I had in Hurghada - fantastic fun & value for moneyx

Perhaps the start wasn't as planned and there was a bit of commotion with the cars but everything was forgotten once you arrived at the location. Do not expect luxury cars to take you there so be prepared the ride will be bumpy hihi. The quad itself is great and you have a choice to go with the fast or slow group. Further you have a chance to get a taste what it is to drive a wehicle from the "Mad max movie", also for those who do not have a driver's license like myself. Bedouin village is extremely interesting and such an eye opener. I you are lucky enough you may have a bit of jeep Safari included in this ride and come across some crazy locals driving on top of the jeep or simply standing on the bumper at the bag with the speed or around 70km an hour, something like this you can only experience in Egypt I guess. As for the BBQ, there is food for everyone including the dietary restrictions. Overall this had been the best trip so far and do worth the money.
