Start with your Tai Chi introductory class, led by a master at the Tsimshatsui waterfront with views across Victoria Harbour. Discover the serenity that comes from balancing the mind and the body through the class.
Afterward, enjoy a pot of hot tea and traditional dim sum, which consists of a variety of steamed dumplings, buns, and tasty morsels of meat and vegetables served in bamboo steamers.
Next head to a variety of markets, including the jade market and the flower market, where you can by trinkets or plants. Nearby the market lies the Yuen Po Street Bird Garden, where proud owners of caged songbirds congregate. See the dozens upon dozens of bird accessory stalls selling crafted wood and bamboo cages and tiny porcelain drinking bowls.
