What People Are Saying About Hong Kong
This was a fantastic experience for our first visit to Hong Kong!
We were hoping it was going to be good and it didn't disappoint. Joyce was a fantastic host. The wet market tour was interesting and we learned a great deal from Joyce. We cooked 3 dishes - all delicious and simple with many ingredients we had never tried before. Thank you for a great experience!

She was super nice and knowledgable. I learned a lot and had fun!
We started off by heading to the wet market. I had been to wet markets in China before so it was too jarring, but definitely widens your perspective and recommended to see regardless of taking this class. The best part was being able to ask what random things were and about how the market worked. We then took the subway to her home. She lives in a nice apartment. She had thought everything through and had aprons and "foreign" (just not as large knives) knives for us. We learned to cook spring rolls, golden prawns, and these dumpling things. The food was excellent along with her instructions. I definitely recommend this if you would like to learn how to cook some local dishes and talk to a local who speaks great english. I plan to make the dessert again.
