If you are looking for some fun in Oslo during winter, join a sled ride in Holmenkollen. The tour starts at the Oslo Central Station, where you will meet your guide for an introduction to the tour and get an Oslo public transportation ticket which is valid for 24 hours. Please keep the ticket since you will be taking the subway from the bottom of the sled track up to the hill during your 1.5-hour sledding time. You will then have about 1.5 hour with the guide to experience the real Norwegian sledging experience in former Olympic sled track from 1952. After the 1.5 hour of guided sledging, you can either choose to come back to the city with the guide or continue sledging until the evening. You can choose to take a slow ride or organize a race with your friends and family, with hot tea and coffee on hand to keep you warm.
