Centuries of life in Hoi An take shape as you travel along the Thu Bon and Co Co rivers, stopping at Bay Mau coconut grove for an intimate village experience. Sunset heightens the natural beauty as you return and have a special dinner on the riverbank.
What to Expect
This afternoon and sunset cruise will show you life along the rivers of Hoi An, which UNESCO declared a World Heritage Site as a well-preserved example of a Southeast Asian trading port of the 15th-19th centuries.
Your guide will pick you up at your Hotel lobby at 14:00 and take you to the Bach Dang street wharf. From there you will sail along the major branch of the lower section of Thu Bon river.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery along both banks of the river as well as the many boats bobbing on the waters. You then head to the Cua Dai estuary and up to the Co Co River and Bay Mau coconut-palm village. Go ashore and discover the daily life of the people there.
On the way back to Hoi An, have dinner at a restaurant on the riverbank.
