What People Are Saying About Hoi An
My guide was very helpful and when the others on the bike cannot keep up and got lost she went back and look for them. She was very responsible for her group.
Perfect way to spend a morning in Hoi An. Address in app is incorrect so it took a little time to find the meeting point. You need to update with new address.
Absolutely charming tour guide who shared with us the highlights of the countryside life in her grandmother's village Lots of interesting points and a good occasion to contribute to sustain villagers thanks to the green fund Thanks a lot, it was a very enjoyable experience for us all
Hoa, Luu, and Hoan are upbeat, friendly, and positive guides. We appreciated the fact they waited for us even though we were half an hour late, as we got lost. They greeted us with wide smiles and they looked forward to guiding us, as much as we looked forward to being guided. On this tour, our guides were concerned about our safety, exposure to the hot sun, and they even offered to help us purchase drinks at the local price. They had very good knowledge and guided us to places most tourist would not see. We went on a ferry, learned how to make rice crepes, ate rice crepes with rice crackers, tried our hand at making straw mats, visited a temple, learned how artisans made wood art for sale, and learned how boats are made. The hands-on experience helped us to appreciate the lives of the local people. This is by far the best free tour I've had in Vietnam. The volunteers really helped make the day a memorable one. Highly recommended and not to be missed if you are in Hoi An!
Our guides Cuc, Sang, Hong and Luu took great care of us. They explained at the beginning of the tour where and what we would be doing. We were a group of 3 adults and 7 teenagers (mainly boys). The guides ensured the teens had every opportunity to participate in the activities. The teens did get a bit bored at the temple; we were there a bit long. It was a great morning seeing how the local Vietnamese live and go about their daily activities. At one stage the group got separated. Our guides were most apologetic but we didn't mind and enjoyed discovering places off the beaten track. It was lovely to visit the local homes to view and participate in the making the rice noodles and sleeping mat weaving. Thank you for an excellent tour.
