Kickstart your professional cooking career, or at the very least, become a better cook with a half-day cooking course focusing on Vietnamese cuisine. On this tour in Ho Chi Minh City, you will find out the skills and secrets to recreating a traditional meal from Saigon.
Begin your tour by heading to a local market to see how Vietnamese people select their ingredients for cooking. After you have explored the local produce and meat, head to a cooking center. There, you will learn when and how to use the numerous herbs and spices that are strongly attached to the Vietnamese culture. You will also be taught how to select the ingredients for some dishes and instructed on how to prepare them.
After preparing the food, follow the instructions of your chef to cook it. Finally, when everything is done, you will be able to eat the meal you have created!
