Full description
Following a morning hotel pickup, take the JR local train to Miyajima-guchi and transfer to a ferry boat toward Miyajima Island. One of the most beautiful places in Japan, spend some time walking around the island to see the Great Torii Gate, Itsukushima Shrine, and Taishoin Temple. Enjoy lunch on the island.
After the visit to Miyajima, take a tram to the Peace Memorial Park. Hiroshima is well known as the city on which the first atomic bomb was dropped. Walk around the park and see some of the monuments, including the Children's Peace Monument, Peace Bell, and Flame of Peace.
