Super easy to book; Very professional & polite staff on the phone; Had the bus to & from the ferry to ourselves & the driver was BEAUTIFUL (especially friendly, helpful & lovely to talk with - made us feel very comfortable ) The bus & ferry were punctual; Whole day was stress free & enjoyable (Apart from an extremely bumpy ferry trip to the island - through NO fault of this exceptional company ) We highly recommend this experience
Rottnest island is stunning! The bikes we hired were really good but I was disappointed from the stuff. They should tell us that we need enough water and that you can refill your waterbottle only on particular spots. So if you go there bring enough water.
Wondered what I’d paid for as I paid for the trip but then had to pay an extra 19 dollars plus I thought I’d paid for snorkelling equipment but didn’t get any I guess I paid for transport to the harbour and the boat ? I enjoyed my day there though
Overall my experience was AMAZING! From the staff being extremely helpful, professional and polite to Rottnest being one of the most beautiful places to explore! I couldn’t recommend this combo enough and I will definitely be back again!
Was a great experience, I was only really interested in the Quokkas so you don't need to go further than the general store to see them and around the settlement. ✔️off the bucket list.
