What people are saying about Hervey Bay

Overall an excellent day. The young man on the beach was particularly helpful and patient with clients. One prawn does not equate to the advertised “Harvey Bay king prawns”. Of particular concern was listening on two occasions to the senior female staff member berating staff in front of guests! This should just never happen, and may be a sign that she has been in the position too long. Once again an excellent day, but could have been perfect so easily.

Our family of 5 (2A, 14yo 12yo & 10yo) had a fantastic day. Crew were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable , offered & took photos for us & related to all ages on our trip. Wide range of activities suited us all. Food was great. Gear we used was well maintained. Thank you for a great day, lots memories made!

This trip was amazing the staff Damo Mel and BJ made sure we experienced the best of the island spots. They looked after us so well I took my 8 year old grandson he was the only kid on board what an experience we had together. Real memory making day thankyou this trip excelled any expectations.

One of the best activities I've had the pleasure of doing! The variety of activities to take part in on the beach was excellent, the crew were friendly and the food and service was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The crew members were really nice and professional, we had a lot of fun and felt super safe during the tour. Highly recommended.
