    I'm glad I pre-booked as the lounge was full and they were turning people away. Despite being booked up the numbers in the lounge were comfortable and there was plenty of seating and free tables. The toilets were out of action but there were some outside and just around the corner so this wasn't a problem. First impressions were quite a few uncleared and dirty tables which didn't create a good impression but these were slowly cleared by the bar staff. The hot food was luke warm but was very tasty and the drinks available were good. Staff were welcoming and friendly

    This was my first experience of using a lounge at an airport. The Plaza Premium is very light and airy having wall-to-wall glass and a view over some of the planes, which is nice. The lounge experience was definitely more relaxing than being in the main departure lounge but we felt there was a lack of really comfortable seats for our party of four. We felt the attendant didn't want us to wander around looking for seats and offered us a table and chairs in a fairly busy area that was suitable for dining but felt a bit crowded. We eventually sat ourselves at a large, high table near the bar on stools that were comfortable enough and where it felt less crowded. The included food was perfectly nice with a good choice. We felt there was a reasonable choice of drinks whether classed as 'premium' or not. To be fair, the lounge went through several cycles of being busier and quieter in the 3 hours we were there. Overall, I would use a lounge again.

    Yesterday I used the Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 2 at London Heathrow. It was easy to access and I enjoyed a hot shower, very welcome after a 20 hour trip. There was a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast food and the coffee was hot and tasty. The lounge was very busy. Everything seemed very clean.
