This was a wonderful trip out to the studios. When I arrived at the coach station, there were several helpful tour people to check me in and make sure I was on the right bus. The bus was clean and comfortable and arrived quickly. I had plenty of time to thoroughly enjoy the studio tour, have lunch, participate in interactive activities around the studio and even have a cup of coffee and a sweet treat at the end, and of course shop! I knew exactly where the bus would be waiting for me and when I needed to be there. The bus, driver, and tour people were where I expected and we had a comfortable ride back to London. It just could not have been nicer and made the day so easy and enjoyable.

As always, everything went well with Get-your-Guide. The transfer was reliable and punctual. Everything was wonderful and again at any time!

One of a kind experience... the only flaw was that another hour was needed to complete the tour calmly and without rushing.

The guide lady Valentina was excellent in her work! She led in a way very clearly, detailed and humorous!

We loved everything! And the bus driver, Harry, very friendly 😊
