Had booked this without expectations at a very short notice. Was informed with 12 hours of the details including planned travel to Hangzhou and what to expect. Was picked up on time by Caroline at the hotel and was informed of the itinerary ahead. Had a very good tour and Caroline explained things in detail and was very accommodating for requests. She periodically checked in to ensure we were fine, and constantly giving breaks and suggesting us of different options around. The lunch which was included in the booking was in a very good restaurant by the lake and was extremely delicious. The timing of lunch was also changed per request. The tea plantation visit was extremely pleasant with Caroline constantly checking in to enure it was fine to do the trek, given the immense heat wave and humidity. Overall it was an extremely good tour, and would recommend this trip to anyone visiting for the first time.
The activity was perfect ❤️ We recommend it with all our heart. Our guide Lin was more than friendly, with very interesting information. She did everything to make us feel very good. Thank you thank you thank you 😍
The activity was really amazing!!! Specially because Berlim!!! She is the best guide in Shangai. She is very carefull and has a perfect English. In your next trip to Shangai, ask for Berlim to be your guide!!!
It was well organised and our guide Snow was friendly and helpful. She was very accomodating of our requests and needs. It was a hot day but we were well catered for.
