All staff very proficient, helpful and friendly. It’s a unique experience on the catamaran though not much shade. The reef snorkelling was a little disappointing with not many fish or variety of coral and visibility not the best. However we did see a turtle which was exciting. The food options compared to previous options were very basic but fresh and tasty.

Absolutely loved this tour! We were lucky to get 1.5 hours snorkelling and with beautiful weather we saw so many different kinds of fish and even a turtle! The tour guides are lovely and everything was relaxed. Whitehaven beach is also a must see which is part of the day’s activities. Highly recommend!

The boat trip to chalkies and Whitehaven Beach also the Staff were excellent sadly the tides were 4metres so we were unable to see anything of the reef. it would have been nice to be told this or maybe go to a reef on low tide so we all could enjoy some of the beauties of the reef. We have been to the reef in different areas many times and have enjoyed the reef and wildlife. Sadly we saw nothing this time and our boat had a lot of British tourists on board who were very upset that they were unable to see anything...... we saw more wildlife walking around the shallows of Hamilton Island.
