The whole tour can be divided in two days. First day you have all the exciting activities, get a great food (served in many courses and looking excellent) and everything is well organised the whole day. The next day, you just have a buffet and one stop in the cave, seams like tour is over we don't care anymore. Overall staff was very helpful and solve all requests we had. The main thing we didn't like is that you are pushed to buy drinks all the time to spend more money. I believe the tour is expensive enough to get one free drink or at least sell it for a reasonable price (not 5times more than in the shop). We had a good time and enjoy the tour, but these small uncomfortable situations makes us give only 4 stars.

The two day cruise in Halong Bay was one of the best things we did in Vietnam. The boat was very nice. The cabins had dark wood and big windows. We also enjoyed the balcony where we took a lot of photos from. After our kajak tour we went in the hot tup and drank some happy hour drinks. The staff was very friendly without being too much.
