What to Expect
Admire the beauty of nature as you float down the Corobicí or Tenorio River on a rubber raft. Exotic varieties of flora and fauna are abundant in this part of Costa Rica and you may spot ospreys, mot mots, herons, egrets, and variety of iguanas and monkeys along the river.
On this full-day adventure trip you’ll experience the natural beauty of Costa Rica and learn about its native wildlife.
When you arrive at the Corobici River you’ll board the raft and travel down the gentle course for approximately 2 hours. Marvel at the variety of exotic birds and tropical wildlife that live and thrive around the river’s edge.
This rafting activity is completely safe and can be enjoyed by young and old alike. All rafts are rowed by experienced river guides.
After lunch you’ll stop to see wild cats, parrots, monkeys, pizotes, and toucans on a private reserve called Las Pumas. A contribution to the Hagnauer Foundation is included with your visit to Las Pumas.
