Sam was our tourguide for the day. We arrived ar the startingpoint around the same time Sam parked his truck. We had never rode a Segway before, but it turned out easier then I thought. “just trust the technology” :) We slowly started the tour around the island, practicing balance while Sam explained about the wild herbs underway. Eventually picking up the pace and taking more difficult roads we arrived at a lovely cave on the north-side of Gozo where we took some pictures. On the way back, we were completely comfortable on the Segways and ‘floated’ back to the starting point. All and all: a great day out on Gozo island!

The tour was the best excursion we did while in Malta. The guide Sam is a true local in Gozo, therefore he has a lot of knowledge about the island and knows the best places. He did a great job explaining how a Segway works and made us feel safe the whole time. It’s possible to do the tour as a beginner because of the good help. It just was a lot of fun and I would do the tour again for sure!
