What People Are Saying About Gothic Quarter Barcelona
This was a pleasant 3 hours ride through parts of Barcelona I had not seen and opened up the city away from the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas. Marc was really friendly and informative we learned a little more about this great city. We felt his passion for his Catalan heritage. As we did the ride in the weekday which I recommend we rode around with ease, through the Port where we had a refreshment for free of choice and throughout the gardens and Gothic part of the city. We stopped to take photographs as Mark explained the history of all the parts of the city he took us too. the ride was fairly flat so anyone can do this trip. the bikes were in good condition and the price for the trip was very reasonable. Thanks Marc we all enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent guide in Paoula, explained lots of history about the sights and made sure everyone was included. Great to cycle round such a lovely city. Really enjoyable tour! Thanks
Our guide Nick was excellent - very knowledgable about Barcelona's history and made it interesting & amusing. Would highly recommend it.
Eva was just fantastic! We saw so many things that are really too far off to walk, she was very careful with the group of ~12 bikers. We would do it again, definitely! A drop of rain did not stop us at all. Bikes could be in slightly better condition, but are workable.
Our bike guide through busy Barcelona was directed by Adam, orignally from Canada. Adam has lived in Barcelona for several years. Perfectly timed stops to provide well-articulated points of historical, social, and cultural importance, were enjoyed by all. Rather amazing that we did not lose anyone in our multi-cultural group, in spite of crowded locations along the way. For a small additional fee, a lunch stop along the beach for delicious local paella (although cheeseburgers were available) was available and enjoyed by all, and really necessary during a 5 hour jaunt.
