Enjoy this private full-day tour from Girona to the Garrotxa Natural Park, a volcanic region with more than 40 volcanoes in the Pyrenees. Setting off from Girona around 09:00, you’ll head for Banyoles Lake and walk to the Romanesque Church of Santa Maria de Porqueres.
Next stop is Besalú, a medieval village, whose must-see attractions include the impressive Romanesque bridge, the Medieval Quarter, and the old synagogue. You’ll then travel to the amazing views of Castellfollit de la Roca, with its houses perched up on the edge of a breathtaking basalt cliff.
