What People Are Saying About Giant’s Causeway

Well organized with excellent tour guide and bus driver.

Everything was efficient and friendly. Movie should be decided by your guide and not the choice of one guest!

This tour is amazing and ask for Richard

This tour included top attractions with reasonable time to explore each location. It may feel like you don't have a lot of time but there is so much to fit in to make sure you get to the next stop on time. Richard O'Brien is amazing and a great tour guide. He will tell you interesting, funny, and historical tales about Ireland. He wants each person to get the most out of the experience and he always has a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this tour. You must be in time for each stop so if you are not a timely person, I would skip any bus tour because timing is everything in order to fit everything in.

Long drive and unpredictable weather, but fascinating landscape

Take friends or family or something to read or listen to for entertainment on the 3,5 hours bus drive each way, there is no narration included. Once you have arrived on the northern coast of Ireland, you will experience fascinating landscapes of the cliffs and the island with a 30m long rope bridge high above the water. You need to walk several distances (~2,5km, ~1km, each one way) from parking lot to cliffs or bridge, to cliffs a seperately payed bus (<2€ one way) can be used to cover the part to the main cliff. But especially at the cliffs you can also hike along a round trip of 3-5km with height differences of about 200m altogether including about 130 steps. The timespan is limited, 2,5 hours for the cliffs, 40min for rope bridge incl. all walking distances, so you need to be focussed on walking between the sightseeing and taking photos. There were two additional short stops at the remains of a castle (5 min.) and an alley with old trees (25 min, nice), sites of game of thrones.

This was such an enjoyable day-definitely recommendable!

The tour is thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide and bus driver were very friendly , relaxed and also very professional. The tour itself not only takes you to scenes of where the game of thrones is shot but also takes in the Giants causway etc. We had a great dry sunny day that added to our entire experience-I would highly recommend people to go on this tour. There is a stop off for lunch where the menu is set and the bus driver needs to give the food order prior to the arrival of the tour-if you have some special dietary preferences I would recommend you bring a packed lunch on this tour with you...

Looking for an adventure? Here you go! Great stuff !!!

Paddywagon is the best for doing this tour ! I had so much fun with the other people. There were all age groups but a big bunch of young people as well which I really appreciated. The hostels aren't breathtaking but that is called backpacking so don't expect too much!!! For me it was ok anyway and I thought I would be way more picky. Not all things are all inclusive, had to pay a fee for quite a few things but it was worth it. We saw a lot of this Ireland and that much beautiful places! The nights were awesome too, lot of great parties and and amazing pub nights ! For those who don't like parties, don't worry, there is always the chill-out-opportunity. Loved it ! Really would tell you to go if you look for an adventure !!
