Full description

Go beyond the classic sightseeing and discover what Ghent is all about. Depart from the meeting point with a small group of no more than 10 people and your enthusiastic tour guide. A helmet is there for you to use during the tour and the drinking bottle provided is yours to keep. During the tour, your guide will surprise you with fun facts, street art and hidden spots the city has to offer. The course is off the beaten path and takes you from the city center all the way to the dynamic suburbs. The semi-pro mountain bikes make this urban adventure very comfortable! De tour was voor ons de kers op de taart. De stad zelf te voet bekijken is totaal anders dan door een enthousiaste en zeer bekwame gids naar bijzondere plekjes geleid te worden. Hij voelde goed aan waar de belangstelling van de kleine groep (wat ook erg fijn was) lag en heeft zijn programma daar naadloos op aangesloten. Hij is duidelijk trots op zijn stad. En terecht! Gent is zonder twijfel de mooiste stad van België.

We hebben een hele leuke middag gehad. Gids Christophe kent veel plekken met geschiedenis en heeft leuke anekdotes. Hij neemt je mee naar plekken buiten de toeristische binnenstad, weet veel over kunstwerken en architectuur en zo hebben we Gent nog veel beter leren kennen! Bedankt Christophe!

Simplesmente espetacular! Esclarecedora, muito soft no que diz respeito a esforço físico, visitamos locais que não são abordados por outras excursões mais “comuns”, passeamos em todas as zonas da cidade e fomos informados de particularidades incríveis e imperdíveis! Vale a pena!!!
