What People Are Saying About Geneva
Hector was an excellently guide. Friendly informative and very helpful! Published information about the tour was either lacking or wrong!!! Tour ended 7 pm not 5 pm as stated. No mention of a passport was mentioned so we just about missed the tour by going to the hotel and unable to return when the bus departed ! Poor organization regarding communications with your customers!!! When people travel long distances and join your tour... Such miscommunications can ruin a vacation and create bad memories about key tours!!!!
A good informative start to looking around the City. Lots of information about the history of the old city and its international place in the modern world.
From start to finish it was a good tour, apart from the problem of no train through the old city, which in fact worked out better as we walked and got more info from our excellent guide Hector.
The city tour provided a great introduction to the history and features of the city. The train ride to the old town was a unique way to see aspects of the town which would be difficult by walking, and the commentary was informative. The boat ride provided a different and unique perspective and was an enjoyable way to see the city ono both sides of the lake. Annecy is a cute historical town that has preserved itself well, and was a great place top visit out of the main city.
The combined tour gave us a thorough tour of Geneva, something we would not have managed alone. The guide was excellent.
