Full description

See two of New Zealand’s biggest glaciers — the Franz Josef and then either the Fox or Tasman Glacier with uninterrupted views from a helicopter.

After you check in and have a safety briefing, you will be transferred to the activity provider's hangar, where you will meet your pilot and guide and board the helicopter. You will be provided with headsets in order to hear your guide’s commentary.

Fly amongst the Southern Alps, admiring the ice pinnacles and crevasses whilst learning about the awesome spectacle from your pilot. You will make a stop and get to explore on foot for 10 minutes at an elevated site which is perfect for taking photos.

Once in a life time experience . The company were absolutely fantastic, our time got pushed back due to weather but they were so professional and organised to ensure everyone in the room got a flight that day. Views were unreal ( we did it in April and it wasn’t covered in snow but still great) Gus the pilot was fantastic can’t fault him. 10/10 fully recommend this company

Awesome experience flying over two gorgeous glaciers, mountain scenery and and awesome experience landing and spending time on the glacier. We highly recommend this experience as the only real way to get up close to the glaciers. It is a surreal experience.

Op de vrijdag kon de vlucht helaas niet doorgaan voor ons 4. 2 konden het geld terug krijgen, en wij 2 konden hem omboeken naar de maandag. Allemaal super snel geregeld! De maandag was het nog spannend, want in de ochtend was er teveel mist bij de hangar om op te stijgen. We werden keurig op de hoogte gehouden. Uiteindelijk met een half uur vertraging gingen we de lucht in! Het is eigenlijk niet met een woord te beschrijven, maar fantastisch en onwerkelijk dekken de lading toch wel behoorlijk! Onze piloot/gids Dion deed het fantastisch!
