Breathtaking scenery, amazing - Yvonne made it special

We have never visited Scotland before and we opted to join a tour as it would take away the planning, the driving and the stress involved in the logistics. We were drawn to this tour as it visited the Isle of Skye had a good itinerary and we wanted to travel the steam train. We were certainly not disappointed. From the minute we arrived at the check in for the adventure, the staff were friendly and organised. We had Yvonne for our trip, and she immediately impressed me. To be frank, she made the trip... given she was running the driving, the tour guide and planning etc. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable about the local history and with a fantastic personality that drew everyone on the tour into what become a friends day out. We would have no qualm in booking again and are already looking at tours further afield and will certainly be asking for Yvonne by name. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fun, convenient and beautiful way to see some highlights of scotland.

I saw a lot in this little 3 day tour. More than i expected i would. there were many great stops to show off the beauty of scotland and isle of skye as well as stops to learn about their history and culture. The guide Stevie was very knowledgable and friendly. I still have some of the Scottish songs from this tour in my head and that was nearly 2 months ago. Accommodation in Portree was acceptable and good value for money. Breakfast at the Portree hotel was lovely. I loved this tour. Highlights included dun vegan, the Jacobite steam train, ferry to mallaig, clan Donald centre, isle of Skye's beautiful lookouts, Loch Ness. After this tour, I did a one day tour back to Loch Ness so that I could go on the loch ness cruise. I understand that there is not enough time in this tour for that cruise.

This tour is brilliant and very well-managed. There are plenty of stops along the way and plenty of chances for you to experience the beauty of the Scottish Highlands. As a Harry Potter fan, the highlight for me is definitely the Jacobite Steam Train, and not a lot of tours bring you to that. We also met a few highland cows and gosh they are cute. The coach is very comfortable too. Our guide Iain also made our trip super fun and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and has bunch of funny tales to share. Definitely recommend this tour.

The tour and our driver/guide Steve P were excellent, we highly recommend them. The stops were well timed and stunning views were everywhere. The legends and history provided by Steve P made the adventure complete. Thanks for a wonderful experience and sharing your love of Scotland with us. Our challenge was finding places to eat in Portree after our days of touring. Every pub and restaurant was very good but getting a table was challenging. Make reservations as soon as possible.

This is a must! Our first visit to Scotland and the Isle of Skye - absolutely incredible!! Steve was a wonderful guide, well versed in both the spectacular countryside and in amazing stories, legends, yarns and tales! To be able to see and breathe this spectacular country in a comfortable bus and not have the stress of driving is priceless! We planned this for the beginning of our trip and it totally enriched the entire vacation. What a grand tour!!
