Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, learn how to make high-quality fresh pasta, both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. Use classic recipes and methods that you will remember and use for years to come. Make 3 different types of delicious pasta with 3 different sauces, as well as a typical Italian dessert. The course will be followed by a lunch (or a dinner, depending on the option selected) featuring the dishes you have prepared during the class as well as a fine Tuscan wine in a fun and friendly atmosphere.     This class was amazing! Francesco is an amazing chef. He is multilingual and very good at explaining what to do - no matter if the student is experienced or inexperienced, adult or child. The different dishes including the desert turned out delicious and we had a lot of fun! Highly recommended!

    We were a small multilingual group. Francesco, the cook, spoke perfect German, like all participants that evening, but we agreed to do the course in Italian. I have to say that the actual pizza and gelato course did not take place because there were too few participants, but the agency recommended this cooking course for Tuscan cuisine. It was a wonderfully uncomplicated evening where you could really forget that you were wearing a mask all the time. A tasty menu was conjured up from the best ingredients. I can only recommend everyone to take part in such a course. It exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny!

    We got to make linguine, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, and gnocchi, each with its own sauce, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, and the group atmosphere was fun. The Chef was easy going and informative. They were also accommodating to the vegetarians and one pregnant lady in the group, showing them how to prepare the dishes in different ways so they didn’t have to miss out. I would recommend this activity as something different and fun to do in Florence.
