In Casa Siviero, you'll find out all about Rodolfo Siviero, who lived during the Second World War. He is known as the 007 of art, because he recovered most of Italy's artistic heritage from the spoils of war of enemies and even from allies. In this beautiful house on the Lungarno, you can see a plethora of rich works of art from every period, all rescued by Siviero.
Then you'll move on to Uffizi Gallery, the most important museum in the city and one of the most famous in the world. The Uffizi Gallery houses some masterpieces by important Italian artists such as Botticelli, Michelangelo, Piero della Francesca, Paolo Uccello and Leonardo.
From there you'll be taken to the Bardini Museum, home of the famous antique dealer of the 1800s. In addition to the other works of art we will also visit the armory, the bronzes, the Robbiane terracottas, the coram, and the original Piglet by Pietro Tacca, a copy of which is under the Loggia of the New Market, as well as the original Diavolino by Giambologna. Guests are offered an aperitif with appetizers in the Bardini Museum.
