Full description

Discover UNESCO World Heritage Sites and taste Chianti wines on a full-day trip from Florence. Visit Pisa, San Gimignano, and Siena, and savor a traditional Tuscan lunch.

First, head to Pisa to marvel at the Piazza dei Miracoli, Pisa Baptistery, Pisa Cathedral, and, of course, the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Continue to a wine villa in the Chianti countryside. Enjoy a tour of the estate and learn about its history in the medieval chapel before your first tasting of Chianti Classico on the panoramic terrace.

Next, relish a typical lunch accompanied by two of the estate's products, a "Riserva" and an IGP wine. After lunch, relax a while in the villa's luscious gardens before going to the medieval town of San Gimignano.

Then, follow the scenic roads to Siena for a tour of the city's monuments and piazzas. Visit Piazza del Campo — the site of the Palio di Siena horse race — and admire the cathedral's exterior in Piazza del Duomo. After some free time, return to Florence.

The Tour itself was great. We enjoyed going to the different cities. The guide and driver were excellent. My only problem with the whole tour was that we were dropped off at 7:00 pm (dark in Italy at this time of the year) and told if we walked up the ramp we would end up in the train station to be able to catch a taxi. People had no idea where to go and it wasn't the best area to be in, in the dark. Other tours we had been on - asked if anyone needed taxis and they called ahead and had them waiting at the drop off. My only complaint.

This tour was excellent and our tour guide, Constantino, was fantastic! Yes, the tour is a long day and you will definitely be tired by the end, but it is worth it. Siena is great, but my absolute favorite was San Gimignano. The views were absolutely beautiful. The winery we stopped at was very charming and picturesque. The food was okay, but not very filling. There is not a lot of time for shopping and on-your-own roaming but it's still timed perfectly. Pisa is just enough time to take pictures outside so don't plan to enter. We had a great group that made sure everyone was present and accounted for. I highly recommend. Just bring coffee, snacks, and a good attitude!

Well organised tour with plenty of time allowed at each stop

Well organised tour with plenty of time allowed at each stop Our guide kept our group together and explained each stop and what to expect when we arrived. There was plenty of time allowed at each destination and we did not feel rushed at all. The coach was clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this tour.
