Overview
Take a small-group tour of Florence with a knowledgeable guide who'll lead you on a fascinating journey through the history of one of Italy’s most intriguing cities. Admire the monuments of the historic center and enjoy VIP access to Michelangelo’s David.
What to Expect
The birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence has been the home of some of the world’s most groundbreaking figures, including Michelangelo and Dante.

Your 3-hour small-group tour begins in the heart of Florence at the Piazza della Signoria. Admire the medieval town hall, Palazzo Vecchio, taking in its beautiful façade as well as the unique interior courtyard. The palace was once the home of the Medici family.

The walk continues with a stroll through the outside courtyard of the world-famous Uffizi Gallery, and from there to the banks of Arno River, where you’ll admire the views of the Ponte Vecchio.

Then it’s on to the Duomo, but before reaching this magnificent cathedral, you’ll stop at Il Porcellino along the way. Touch the nose of this bronze statue of a wild boar for good luck!

Florence’s Cathedral, known as Il Duomo, together with the Baptistery and the bell tower are part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Santa Croce Church as well, where Michelangelo, Galileo, Machiavelli, and other important figures are buried.

Visit the Piazza della Republica, a beautiful square the center of the Roman Forum. The piazza was once part of the neighborhood where the Grand Duke of Tuscany forced the city’s Jews to live.

A tour of Florence would not be complete without a visit to the Galleria dell’Accademia, particularly to see Michelangelo’s spectacular David. You’ll visit the gallery with your expert guide and enjoy VIP skip-the-line access.

For the most personalized experience, your tour group will have a maximum of 6 participants.
