Gabriele was fantastic! Knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, he made our day! The bikes were very easy, even up the steep hills, and the view from Fiesole is incomparable. The snacks were heartier than we expected which was a nice surprise, and the whole experience would be worth doing again! Thanks!
