What People Are Saying About Florence
we had a splendid tour in English. the guide was very attentive nice with very wide knowledge about history religion and architecture. truly a big difference seeing the most important places and the highlights of Uffizi gallery.
This tour was excellent - the meeting place was well signposted and easy to find, the team were organised and professional, and explained what we'd be doing and set everything out initially, which I thought was useful to know. Skipping the line was the only reason I bought the ticket, but the real value actually came from the guide herself, she was very knowledgable about Uffizi and the city itself, and happy to chat throughout the tour and answer questions. Mid way through I had the chance to grab a coffee from a coffee shop en-route during a 5 min break, which was perfect timing. If you plan to see the Uffizi Gallery I'd highly recommend this tour purely for the additional insight and convenience you'll get from the guide. I would book again :)
very interesting tour of the academia and of the city of Florence through the eyes of a local history teacher who was proud of Michelangelo and his work as well as being proud of his city .He also added a bit of comedy to the occasion . he was informative about Dante, Michelangelo, Galileo and Leonardo di Vinci and also the points of interest in the city Ponte Vecchio ,Palace de Veccio, doumo and bell tower .
The tour lasted a fantastic 3 and a half hours and was very informative. Our guide should have his own BBC 3 documentary series. Regrettably, no tour of the dome was organized and we had to book that separately on a different day and the only reason we chose this tour was because it said it included a tour of the dome.
I booked the tour on my phone the same morning, while I was sitting by the Duomo. We met with the group right after lunch. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. I learned a great deal with him. He points out things and explains things that you could not see on your own. I highly recommend this tour.
