It was an AMAZING experience! Our guide Luca was extremely knowledgeable, personable and entertaining! From the moment we stepped into il Mercato Centrale di Firenze, to our bus ride to the gorgeous estate, to our cooking class, to our bus ride back, Luca entertained and shared his vast knowledge with our group. Our cooking instructor Carmela was extremely passionate, knowledgeable and entertaining! Her passion and love for cooking came through in everything she demonstrated and taught us during our cooking class. Luca & Carmela made our Tuscany cooking experience one that my husband and I will cherish and remember forever! Maria & Tony

This was perhaps the best experience out of the last two weeks in Italy. Chef Alice and Chef Carmele make the most amazing guides, instructors, and entertainers. Between the knowledge they have, the experience they gave us, and the laughs we shared while making the best much ever, you just can’t beat this experience. The estate is on the edge of Florence but feels like it’s miles from anywhere. The views are amazing (even on a rainy day). If there is only one tour your book while in Florence, make it this one!

We had a brilliant time. Luca was so funny and informative (and sensual) with his tour and his cooking. Lucia was so warm and welcoming in the kitchen. The view was to die for and the food (which we made/prepared) and wine were amazing. Highly recommended!

Amazing tour with our wonderful guide! She told us much of the history of Firenze and Italy- and took us to some really good places for Italian food and wine ❤️🍷

Educational, entertaining and alot of fun. Highly recommended.
