Implementing the entry time for Sanssouci went smoothly. Sanssouci Palace has an audio guide. The people in the palace are very friendly. Getting a time slot for entry to the large palace went well. There are dedicated guides in the palace who are open to further questions and are very happy about it! Unfortunately, the internet information about the opening times of the Belvedere Pfingstberg is incorrect. This dampened the mood because you have to choose (what you can and want to see in the time) and in winter in particular the choice is limited anyway (that's why it's a winter ticket). Warning: choosing the evening before was almost a study. I got an overview brochure from the tourist information office and then looked online to see what was open and for how long. And then there are "current" situations that may change the plan.

What I liked most was the Sanssouci Palace. To improve, there could be more information in English, particularly at the Windmill, and more buses back from the Sanssouci Palace to the New Palace (we waited more than 40 minutes)

The castle and grounds were beautiful, as was the surrounding area. We appreciated the headsets with English offered. We have been to castles with no guides or headsets and didn’t get nearly as much out of them.

It was really beautiful, a lot to see, even though the days are short in the winter

The number of attractions on the ticket made it exceptional value for money
