This is a fantastic tour to an iconic NYC landmark, which means I’ll recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the Empire State Building. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by our designated tour guide who was diligently waiting for us. The tour started right away and we were being taken to all the places full of stories that weren’t visited by the regular tourists. The tour guide had a tremendous amount of knowledge and was incredibly friendly. All in all, definitely worth the money and the time!!!

The best part of the experience was our guide, Renita! She was a fountain of knowledge, enthusiasm, and joy. Her passion and care was clear in every interaction. Sure, you can just go up to the observation deck by yourself, but Renita brought the building, it's history, and it's people to life. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had a wonderful time at the Empire State VIP Guided Tour. We certainly felt like VIPs from the moment we entered. The staff was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We learned lots of great facts and got to cap it all with a beautiful sunset. Would highly recommend!

Siobhan was the best tour guide. What a magical experience!
