Very good bikes!, very nice people, very pragmatic, good route. The can improve (compared in other tours that I have taken) to have a wireless audio system to explain the city in a more direct didactic way. The cultural explanation of the city could be improved. Also, there was an accident in the group and a first aid kit would have been helpful. Also, they did not offered helmets.

It was a really nice tour. How it should be and how you know it from other cities. However, an app would be really helpful to see when you get off at a point when the next bus is coming so that you can make better use of any waiting times
