What People Are Saying About Empire State Building

Brilliant way to get around the different areas of New York.

Guides on boats were very entertaining and knowledgeable. 9/11 museum was very emotional.

My husband had never been up in the building. It was a new experience

The rain did not give us good visibility but the experience of being there and going up was still fun and interesting. The people working there told us the situation and they were honest. That I appreciated.

A must to see on your tick list of New York highlights

Booked before we came away, mideal. Having seen the queues decided to go reasonably early, although there open almost 24hrs! It went very smoothly no waiting at all, it is extremely well organised inside and the building itself was immaculate, very Art Deco, beautiful tiles gleaming on the floor, etched lift doors, staff all in traditional burgundy coloured outfits with waistcoats and hats! Seating area on the exhibition floor, 81, able to take photos through the glass 365 deg of the building. Then another set of lifts to the 86th floor outside again 365deg of the building. Well worth a visit, even though there are taller buildings now, this one is iconic!
