This sanctuary is such a hidden gem, a green and wonderful place you really must see when staying in Chiang Mai! Noi is an incredible guide, hands down the best guide I've ever met: he's so passionate about his country and committed to sharing his knowledge with others and answer to any question you may have, giving you precious insights on real Thai culture we'll treasure forever. His English is also impeccable, so there was never any struggle understanding each other. The whole team at Pon Sanctuary is so thoughtful and caring, we felt so safe and cared for throughout the day, they gifted us with such an incredible experience :) Food was amazing and the whole experience was unforgettable, those are some lucky elephants 💗🐘 super, super recommended!

Super good, we highly recommend it: we had some bad weather but AVI was incredible, he went out in the rain with us to show us all the details of the story and explain everything very well. Without a doubt, a spectacular trip, largely due to our guide, Avi. I said that I would like to try fish here in Thailand and he called the restaurant and ordered fish for me. When it came to the elephants, he was impeccable, he also took lots of photos throughout the day and also went to bathe with the elephants and take photos. Without a doubt, a trip of a lifetime and much of it is due to our guide, AVI.

Amazing adventure. The place is absolutely stunning. You can feed and pet the elephants and get in the river with them. You walk inside the jungle and then directly to the waterfall. Mr.Pon is a good and lovely person who takes care of you during the tour, giving a brief introduction about Thailand, old and current traditions, explaining the differences between elephants and he basically answers all your questions always with a smile. Lunch was also very good with an amazing view. Highly recommended!

Our guide Totu, was very nice and friendly. He explain us everything in detail. The activity was incredible, and memorable. Everything was perfect, the food, elephants and the cascade. Amazing experience to live.

It was a great trip, our guide (ToTu) was always keen to help and tech us about elephants. I really recommend this trip.
