Our trip to Eger with wine tasting was excellent. We took a drive to the pretty village of Eger and explored the village and castle. After exploring we were taken for some wine tasting at Nimrod Kovak winery. We tasted 5-6 wines which were all outstanding. We were greeted warmly by the sommelier of the winery who was very informative and happy to ask all of our questions. Lastly we visited a spa in the nearby village of Egerszalok and took a relaxing dip in the thermal pools. Our guide Tom was very friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional day trip. Thank you Tom for making sure we had such a memorable trip.
