Loved it! Did the Royal Britannia and Hollyrood House on the first day and the castle on the next. If you plan on seeing all three as well I would recommend it like this as I literally spent 5 hours in the castle itself- would recommend getting an audio guide)! Also check if there are any days the palace or the yacht are closed in advance...Very easy to pick up the tickets at St Andrew Square and they're actually valuable for 48 h from the time you swop them there with the voucher you receive from GetYourGuide. There is an app that you can download as well (staff told me about this) so you see departure times etc on different stops. The green bus line was especially nice because there was an actual Scottish guide on board. Also the Royal Botanic garden is super easy to get to with the blue bus line. If you plan on seeing all attractions included it is so worth getting this Pass and on top of this I learned quite a lot about Edinburgh and its history!

Friendly and helpful staff. Informative & engaging guides on the busses. We especially liked the different personalities and perspectives of the various guides. We found ourselves giving information to an old friend & longtime resident of Edinburgh. When the time on her fancy watch didn’t match the clock on the Balmoral Hotel, we were able to explain the reason. When you take this tour, perhaps you could, too!

Easy access to buses was vital , they run on time ,very clean, and the drivers were courteous.Stops are quite near to all of the sightseeing attractions . Chose a hotel near to Waverley train station so only a short walk to the bus terminus on St Andrew’s Square as the weather was very unpredictable !!! Didn’t get to explore the Palace of Holyrood House as the Prince was in residency so will do that the next visit!!
